Angelica Clemmer

Angelica was raised in Boulder City, NV a suburb of Las Vegas, NV. While attending UNLV she began her commercial real estate career working in escrow at Chicago Title from 2007 - 2009. She then accepted a position at Colliers International where she spent the next 5 years learning and absorbing all things commercial real estate from her mentors, while waiting out The Great Recession. In 2015, Angelica joined R.O.I. Commercial where she is currently part of The Sorrentino Group. Specialties in retail include the Las Vegas Strip, tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales. Angelica is currently the ICSC Next Generation Nevada State Chair. Angelica’s philanthropy passion is Safe Nest, Nevada’s largest non-profit solely devoted to domestic violence issues. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors and chairs the Safe Nest Spring High Tea which is one of the highest earning events for the charity. Fun Fact: Angelica celebrated her 30th birthday at the Kentucky Derby where her horse “Always Dreaming” won.
