Angela has been a commercial real estate professional since 2005 and is licensed in both Texas and Florida. Her experience and expertise includes marketing, sales, leasing, and portfolio management of office, retail, medical, technology, flex-space, industrial, and multi-family properties, as well as acquisitions, due diligence, and project redevelopment. She has been responsible for all sales, leasing, acquisitions, and marketing of the commercial property portfolios for various entities in multiple states throughout her commercial real estate career. Angela has owned her own commercial brokerage firm, earned her CCIM designation in 2013, and is experienced in collaborating with project management teams for the renovation and development of numerous office, technology, retail, and mixed-use projects. She has She specializes in working with owner-developers on acquisitions for re-development and investments, new development and land, as well as leasing and marketing various property types. Angela’s professionalism, diplomacy, creativity, resourcefulness, and vision are the key components in her effectiveness in facilitating and closing transactions for her clients. Angela is a member of the North Texas CCIM Chapter (NTCCIM), served on the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Melissa, and is an active participant in many other organizations throughout the DFW area.
