Angad Guglani

Angad co-founded CSA in 2016 with the 1 single-family home after learning about the transformation underway in Camden, NJ. In 2017, he purchased full ownership and control of the firm and has since built CSA into one of the most active purchasers of distressed real estate in Southern New Jersey. He was previously the founder of Off Campus Apartments NYC, a student-focused residential brokerage firm in New York City. In this role, he managed and trained over 20 licensed agents to become one of the top grossing rental brokerage teams in New York City, while still a college student at NYU. Angad holds a B.S. in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
