Andy Walsh

As Principal Broker and Director of Leasing, Andy Walsh oversees all aspects of SugarOak’s leasing portfolio, which includes over 300 transactions in 10 markets annually. Mr. Walsh joined SugarOak in 2004, and brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate oversight, asset management and leasing responsibilities. Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
