Andy Ulsh

Andy has been a member of the BCDC team since 2003. Prior to BCDC’s acquisition by Kajima in 2008, Andy, was in a development role focusing on development management and coordinated due diligence activities related to land acquisition, project feasibility and implementation. Today, Andy’s primary responsibilities are sourcing and maintaining programmatic joint venture partnerships with best in class development partners throughout the southeastern US, Texas and other select markets. In this capacity, Andy is responsible for creating, enhancing and protecting BCDC’s business interests with numerous development partners, in a variety of asset classes. Specifically, Andy, along with other senior BCDC team members, are actively involved in project and market underwriting, financing, project management, stabilization and disposition. Andy is also the Managing Broker of Batson-Cook Realty, LLC, a member of The Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Andy is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College.
