Since 2003 I have been VP of Investment sales offering my clients a wide array of expertise in all assets fields. Having been an owner, developer, and an appraiser in my career, I am able to give these clients a level of knowledge that is unparalleled. In 2016, I was the co-founder of Lynx Real Estate, Inc and HREA (Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, Inc.), a commercial real estate firm specializing in Retail, Medical, Land, and Office sales and leasing. Previously with Shane Investment Property Group, LLC, I bring more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience including development, leasing, investment sales, and management. Throughout my career, I have had experience with several million dollars worth of investments and real estate transactions, as well as trained and mentored commercial and investment real estate brokers to become top brokers. I consult with clients locally as well as nationally. I am currently working on the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in order to better assist my clients. Only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
