Andy Klaff joined Newmark in 2016 as an Executive Managing Director focused on Northern Virginia. A consummate commercial real estate professional for nearly 26 years, he has marketed numerous Class A office projects in Northern Virginia for institutional and entrepreneurial owners and developers. He has also represented many well-known national and regional companies within the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. Prior to joining Newmark, Klaff was an Executive Vice President and Director of Colliers International’s Northern Virginia brokerage operations.
