As a Senior Vice President and one of the founding members of Jackson Cooksey, Andy Iversen has continuously nurtured the growth and development of his team creating one of the most accomplished tenant representation firms in the city by providing strategic direction, sound leadership and hands on assistance to his growing team of brokers. Andy’s background in engineering with Baker Hughes and keen insight into market trends and transaction activity has helped to establish a niche for representing clients in the Oil and Gas and Engineering industries. Linking real estate decisions to corporate strategies, structuring build-to-suit arrangements, managing large corporate transactions for clients in excess of 50,000 square feet and solving clients’ needs for mixed-use campus environments are among Andy’s specialties. Andy was recently selected by the Houston Business Journal “Heavy Hitters” as the number one Industrial broker of the year for 2014 and was NAIOP’s Office broker of the year top three finalist. Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys and is a golfing, hunting and fishing enthusiast.
