Andy Flack has 39 years’ experience as a State of Texas licensed real estate broker. Mr. Flack specializes in the land, timberland, and high profile real estate business. Most clients are corporate industrial owners, developers, TIMO’s, REIT’s, private equity groups, and high net-worth individuals and families. His responsibilities include market and property analysis, and assisting clients with acquisition and disposition. His recent accomplishments include: 2021 & 2022 Realtors® Land Institute’s APEX Wrangler Award, 2021 APEX Broker of the Year for Commercial Land Sales, and 2018-2022 APEX Top 20 National Producer.
