Andrew Thompson

Career Summary: Andrew Thompson has over 33 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. Mr. Thompson has extensive experience in tenant and landlord representation, project leasing, investment property sales, retail leasing and asset management. Additionally, he has worked with large families and their advisers in reorganizing property portfolios for estate planning purposes. He has completed over 3,000,000 square feet of lease transactions and over $300 million in property sales. Mr. Thompson’s clients have included large institutional companies such as General Electric Corp., The RREEF Funds and the McKesson Corporation. Mr. Thompson also represents national clients with facilities across the United States. Locally, Mr. Thompson represents technology companies, architects, advertising agencies and law firms amongst others. Mr. Thompson is also active in his community. He has twice been elected Mayor of the Town of Tiburon and served on the Town Council for 12 years. He was a founding member and Chairman of the Marin County Economic Commission. He also served four years on the Marin Academy Board of Trustees.
