Andrew Thau

Andy joined JLL in 2023 and is currently the co-lead of the MidAtlantic Healthcare Investor Services team. He actively markets medical office buildings to both new and existing tenants and negotiates transactions with prospective tenants, brokers and attorneys. Prior to joining JLL, Andy served as the Director of Leasing at Monday Properties for three years. In that role, he was responsible for lease underwriting and reporting, prospecting, delivering sales presentations, writing and negotiating proposals, as well as, handling lease negotiations for Monday’s 5 m.s.f. office and medical portfolio. Before his time at Monday Properties, Andy worked as a senior associate at CBRE, where he joined in 2013. During his seven year tenure at CBRE, he worked on one of the top investor services teams in the DC metro area. Andy specialized in both landlord and tenant representation, working with a notable client list. His outstanding performance led to him being recognized by the firm in 2015 and awarded the title of “rookie of the year.”
