Andrew specializes in, but not limited to, the medical/general office market, land acquisitions and retail/restaurant liquor licenses. Andrew has an extensive real estate development background in planning, identifying, assembling, and developing complex real estate projects with his ability to quickly identify opportunities, which includes the ability to quickly assemble teams of professionals to create feasibility studies, plan office spaces, put together conceptual floor plans, understand zoning constraints and new opportunities in key markets.
