Andrew Siemsen

Andrew Siemsen has over 25 years of experience in real estate. His activities include representing tenants and landlords on both acquisitions and dispositions of warehouse and distribution properties through the lease or sale process. Andrew is a licensed salesperson in both New Jersey and New York, with most of his activity taking place in Northern and Central New Jersey and Southern New York state. Prior to joining KBC in January of 2021, Andrew worked at Cushman and Wakefield for 20 years, most recently as an Executive Managing Director. Andrew is a ten-time CoStar Power Broker and is a two-time Top 25 Industrial Americas Producer for Cushman and Wakefield.
