Andrew Sherbut

Andrew is a Commercial Real Estate Professional, serving Southern and Central Alberta. A graduate of the University of Calgary’s Commercial Real Estate Development Program, Andrew also holds his Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Residential Real Estate designations from the Real Estate Council of Alberta. With over 10 years of experience managing some of Calgary’s most iconic restaurants, Andrew brings an established understanding of what successful retail looks like, and how to achieve it. As a licensed Associate of Barclay Street since 2019, Andrew works with developers, landlords, and local and national retailers throughout Central and Southern Alberta. In 2020 & 2021, Andrew was the recipient of a CoStar’s Power Broker Award for notable sized retail transactions. In 2021, Andrew was also recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker for transaction volume in the Calgary retail market. He continues to serve his clients by providing market expertise and professionalism, while keeping his commitment to putting his client’s needs first.
