Andrew Shaw

Andrew is a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas focusing on project leasing. In this role, he has been able to work with a variety of Landlords, including Brixmor, Rosewood Property Company, Tabani Group, DLC Management, and Kite. He has handled the leasing of over 6.5 million square feet of retail space throughout Texas. He also provides site selection for tenants such as Ace Hardware, Salad and Go and Wingstop. Andrew was born and raised in Dallas, TX and attended Bishop Lynch High School. He graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). Prior to Edge, Andrew was Executive Vice President of NAI Robert Lynn Retail where he was a part of the project leasing team for five years. He has been honored as a CoStar Power Broker every year since 2018, been named a D CEO Power Broker since 2022 and was a finalist for D CEO Emerging Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year in 2024.
