The nations 8th largest Tire retailer expanding in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee adding 12-15 new locations annually. Andrew also works with other local, regional and national Landlords such as Phillips Edison, Seritage, Regency Centers and Neyer Properties on the leasing and disposition of their assets. Before joining the company, Andrew worked as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for US Bank. In his 4+ years at US Bank, he completed over 450 transactions while handling acquisitions, disposition and renewals for Retail bank branches across US Bank’s national footprint.
