Andrew Rudoff

Andy began his career in corporate real estate in 1986 at The Kislak Company, where he was a vice president of the Corporate Division for seven years. He joined Resource Realty in 1993 as a principal and is also presently the Broker of Record for Pennsylvania, New York & Delaware. Andy has completed millions of square feet of corporate and industrial real estate sales and leases, investment sales, and land sales, and is one of very few brokers from major firms who has specialized in Monmouth County, having sold numerous corporate and industrial properties in the 100,000 SF+ range, as well as leases. He has also worked on projects throughout Central New Jersey including Middlesex, Somerset, Union, and Ocean Counties. Andy maintains a large area client base of individual investors, institutions, and REITS looking for quality, income producing assets and properties for 1031 exchanges. Andy also has experience in converting larger corporate and office properties into condominium ownership, including involvement in constructing master deeds and by-laws, partitioning common areas and elements, parking, utilities, and developing marketing plans for owners wishing to increase the value of their property via this method.
