Andrew Roberts

Andrew Roberts is a managing director in Newmark’s Tysons, Virginia, office. He is responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis and negotiating transactions on behalf of his clients in the Washington metropolitan area. Coming from a background in finance and investments, Mr. Roberts has eight years of experience assisting his clients in matters ranging from tenant advisory to strategic consulting. Newmark’s clients benefit from his experience in realizing financial objectives through thoughtful planning and in-depth risk analysis. Mr. Roberts began his real estate career at DTZ, where he worked for two years before joining Newmark. While at DTZ, Mr. Roberts was twice named Rookie of the Year, a distinction given to a select few that recognizes rising talent across the company nationwide. In 2014, Newmark recognized Mr. Roberts as a Rising Star in the company. In 2017, DCA Live named Mr. Roberts a Rising Star in Washington, DC, real estate. In 2018, Mr. Roberts was recognized as the Top Producer in Newmark’s Tysons, Virginia, office.
