Andrew Prine is a Vice President at The Stratford Group where he specializes in land acquisition, land disposition, and single family lot sales to homebuilders. Mr. Prine has been successful in selling all facets of land – single family, multifamily, commercial, and retail land. He has the ability to analyze and value land tracts in the DFW area through extensive market knowledge and financial analysis. Mr. Prine began his career in 2002 at James M. Brown Partners where he spent six years specializing in land brokerage and lot development. During his time at James M. Brown Partners, he was involved in the acquisition, financing, and development of numerous single family communities throughout DFW. Mr. Prine graduated in 2002 from Baylor University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas, and he is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He is a member of the State Fair of Texas Livestock Auction Committee, and volunteers at West Dallas Community School. Andrew and his wife, Kari, reside in Dallas, TX. They have two boys, Andrew Jr. and Hayes, and they are members of Park Cities Baptist Church.
