As the son of a home builder, Andy worked every summer on construction sites from a young age through high school. With hands-on experience, hard work, and an insatiable appetite to “learn the business”, he obtained a Business Degree with an emphasis in Land Economics, and simultaneously worked full time for a residential / commercial developer as a site supervisor for their residential tract developments and commercial construction projects. After graduation, Andy joined Lennar Corporation as a Forward Planning Manager tasked with underwriting and acquiring new development / subdivision projects, and then managing the company’s acquired projects through the complicated entitlement and lot development processes. When the real estate market crashed in 2008, Andy moved to the Bay Area to leverage his construction, transaction, entitlement and investment analysis experience in a more promising real estate market, where as a Real Estate Agent, he has built a successful team of agents, contractors, and consultants, to better represent buyers, sellers, investors and developers of residential real estate and as well as managing his own real estate construction / development projects.
