Andrew Peake

Andrew Peake is a Vice President who joined Lee & Associates in 2001. In 2006, Andrew focused his full-time efforts in the office sector working on landlord and tenant representation in the Inland Southern California Region. From Andrew’s initial work as an intern and market researcher, to his current role as Vice President, Andrew strives to provide the highest level of professional service and accountability to all of his clients. In 2012, after being a top-producing office associate for six years and receiving numerous excellent reviews from clients and other partners, Andrew became a partner with the firm. Andrew is a member of the Lee & Associates, Inc. - Riverside Board of Directors where he spearheads the firm’s technology committee which implements today’s latest technologies to provide brokers with state-of-the-art tools to best benefit their clients. Andrew has participated in over 600 sale and lease transactions, representing nearly 4 million square feet of space. Andrew is a long time City of Riverside resident where he currently lives with his wife and two children. In his spare time Andrew regularly rides his road and mountain bike and camps and travels with his family.
