Andrew O'Connell
Andrew O’Connell serves as a vice president with SVN Chicago Commercial, specializing in the sale of Multi Family Investments throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. With 18 years of experience, he represents private investors, corporate and institutional buyers and sellers comprehensively throughout the investment sales process. O’Connell has extensive experience in commercial real estate marketing and underwriting distressed assets and structured debt transactions for institutional and middle market commercial real estate firms. Prior to joining SVN, O’Connell served as a vice president for Horvath and Tremblay Chicago, where he completed numerous transactions with over 180 million in gross transaction volume since June of 2019. A resident of Clarendon Hills, O’Connell earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana and is a graduate of Fenwick High School in Oak Park.
