Andrew Murmes

Andrew has been in the industry since 2015, starting off in New York before making his way back to Boston in 2016 when joining The Dartmouth Company. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation throughout New England. Andrew presently works on a variety of development projects with many well-established landlords. In addition, he currently works with retailers Dicks Sporting Goods, HMart, Geico, and CarLotz on their real estate strategy and expansion plans. Away from the office, Andrew loves to stay active and enjoys dining at many of the local Boston restaurants. You can find him either eating or playing ice hockey/golf with his friends. A graduate from The University of Arizona, Andrew earned his BA in Regional Development and was a member of the Arizona Hockey team. He currently resides in South Boston, MA.
