Andrew Morris has over 24 years of commercial real estate transactional and development experience and a wide range of expertise with corporate real estate, particularly within the bulk distribution and manufacturing product. He has been directly responsible for more than $650 million in transactions during his career. He has a broad range of expertise with industrial supply chain real estate. However, a unique skill set has been developed around representing & advising Tenant’s and Developer’s for site acquisition and ground up construction projects. Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew worked at Cushman & Wakefield | SUMMIT where he managed their industrial advisory services division. He has been a recipient of several real estate awards including Duke Realty’s Top Indiana Brokers Award, CoStar Group’s Indianapolis Power Broker Award and ProLogis’ Pinnacle Award.
