Andrew Miller

Andrew Miller, CCIM is a Senior Vice President within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group with over 18 years of commercial real estate experience. In that time, he has concluded more than 750 transactions including multiple award-winning deals throughout the region. Mr. Miller’s primary area of focus is leasing office space in Pittsburgh’s CBD, Fringe, and University / Tech sector submarkets. Currently, Andrew represents over 6 million square feet of office space for lease, including several high-profile Class ‘A’ office towers and active development projects. He also has experience working with life science companies, robotics firms, and data center operators to open their specialized facilities. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Miller worked as a Sales Advisor with Oddbins, and prior to that for S&T Bank in their Commercial Lending & Marketing Departments. Andrew is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania and CCIM. He also enjoys local history and architecture.
