Andy Manthei, Director of Brokerage Services, joined KW Commercial Midwest in 2011 to lead the development and growth of the company’s new commercial division in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Andy specializes in the office and industrial leasing and sales. Mr. Manthei represents both property owners and tenants throughout the lease and sale process. He works for both institutional and entrepreneurial clients and fully understands the complexities of the entire lease and sale process, ensuring his clients are completely satisfied. Since 2003, Andy has transacted in excess of $100 million dollars worth of office and industrial properties.
