Professional Expertise Andrew Lustgarten has been with Savills since 2003, and has over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As a market leader throughout downtown and the west side of Los Angeles, Andrew represents clients in the legal, professional service, government, technology, advertising, media, and information (TAMI) spaces. Using his expertise in with TAMI companies, Andrew also co-founded the website TechOfficeSpaces.com to provide office space news and advice for firms in this industry. Along with his team of veterans, consisting of Mark Sullivan, Josh Gorin, Matt Hiatt, and Jennifer Yip, Andrew strives to please his clients through every step of the process and beyond. He provides account management and support for team members, all while providing analysis, strategy, and implementation of ideal real estate practices. His prior experience consulting with Accenture gave Andrew the necessary experience to begin his career in leading strategy and process implementation for clients. Andrew’s impressive background is composed of companies of all sizes, amassing to a total transaction volume of over 12 million square feet to date. A few of his clients include Comcast Entertainment, Deluxe Entertainment, Nuveen Investments, The City of Riverside, Westfield, and more. Awards, Achievements and Activities Andrew currently serves on the board of directors for the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC). Studley (prior to its merging with Savills) awarded Andrew their national ‘Rookie of the Year’ award in 2004. He was also recognized as a ‘40 under 40’ honoree by the Real Estate Forum.
