Andrew Katzfey

Andrew Katzfey joined Stream in 2019 and currently serves as a Senior Associate for the San Antonio industrial team. Andrew’s primary responsibilities include procuring and closing leasing transactions, sales, tenant representation, buyer representation, and investment sales. Prior to joining Stream full-time, Andrew studied finance at Texas A&M University in College Station. After graduation, he continued his education and graduated in 2018 with a Master’s of Real Estate.
