ABOUT

Andrew joined The Simpson Company in 2004, and since then has specialized in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate in the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia regions, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, land, and investment properties. Andrew has been a designee of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute since 2007. Andrew is a member of the CCIM Georgia Chapter, where he served as the 2017 Chapter President. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, having served previously on the Board of Directors. Andrew is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Hall County and a member of the Greater Hall County Chamber of Commerce. Andrew served for several years as a member of the Gainesville Jaycees, with leadership positions on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer. Andrew has worked with various non-profit charities, including extensive work and leadership with North Georgia Works, The Children’s Center for Hope & Healing, and Family Promise of Hall County. A native of North Georgia, Andrew graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of Lakewood Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon minister. Andrew, and his wife, Maribeth, reside in Gainesville with their three children, Anna, Caroline, and Andrew, Jr.
