Andrew Jennison
Andrew Jennison is a partner with Industry Partners and has been with the firm since its inception in 2010.
During his 19-year career in Los Angeles, Andrew has leased and sold over $4B in transactions encompassing over 6.5M SF of office, industrial and retail space. His approach is simple: Partner with Tenants and Property Owners to ensure they make sound real estate decisions that will enhance value to their respective businesses and real estate investments. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andrew’s relationships in the business community have been a catalyst to his success. Andrew strives to employ a creative and thoughtful approach to the real estate transaction process and always will put the clients best interests first. Prior to forming Industry Partners, Andrew was a Senior Executive with Madison Partners and Colliers International. Andrew received a BA in International Relations with an emphasis in Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Southern California. Locally, he is dedicated to supporting the Hydrocephalus Association. Andrew, his wife Julie and their three children, Ava, Tate and Gage reside in Pacific Palisades, California.
