As a Vice President for Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul, Andy specializes in the acquisition and disposition processes of land and redevelopment assets throughout Minnesota and the Midwest. He has been a member of the Land Services team for nearly ten years and has partnered with many investors, developers, and users to provide consultation services focusing on site selection and valuation. Throughout his time at Colliers, Andy’s area of expertise has grown to all real estate sectors, including Industrial, Retail, Office, Hospitality, Single Family/Multi-Family residential while also representing local and national clients in their search for land and development opportunities. Throughout his career, he has had the honor of being named one of the top land brokers within Colliers International and in the Twin Cities.
