Andrew Hanson is a commercial agent helping clients buy, sell, and lease office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and agricultural property. Prior to joining Goldmark Commercial, Andrew spent the last 15 years at Alerus Financial where he specialized in real estate and business financing. Andrew helped his clients secure financing for many CRE projects, including owner occupied real estate, SBA loan programs, investment properties, new construction financing, commercial fit up, land purchases, and business expansion/acquisitions. He also helped small businesses get funding by identifying all the programs that were available to them. With Andrew’s additional experience in real estate investing and property development, he has a unique expertise that provides his clients at Goldmark Commercial a valuable and insightful partnership. Andrew is a native of Fargo, ND and grew up working in the hospitality business where he learned the importance of good customer service. Active in the community, he is one of the founding members of the Fargo-Moorhead PM Rotary Club, serves on the Essentia Health Fargo Foundation Board, and was former chair and served six years on the board of HERO (Healthcare Equipment Recycling Organization). When he’s not working, he’s usually playing golf, networking, or spending time with his family at their lake cabin near Pelican Rapids, MN.
