Andrew has over 15 years of real estate experience with a concentration on commercial property acquisitions and leasing of industrial, retail, and office space. He enjoys both the challenges and rewards that go into a successful commercial real estate project and is very excited to work on third-party brokerage accounts and manage Kalamazoo Commercial Real Estate’s group of properties with his partner T.J. Ward. Since 2003, Andrew has also owned and operated a multifamily real estate management company, Double A Properties LLC., where he purchased and fully renovated/leased distressed housing in the City of Kalamazoo. He has found much success with these investments and looks forward to bringing his expertise in real estate, lease negotiations, project management, finance, and construction to your projects. Andrew attended Western Michigan University (WMU) for undergrad and in 2000 he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Then after 2 years in the financial industry, he returned to WMU and in 2003 he received his master’s degree in Management. Andrew moved to the Kalamazoo area in 1997 to attend WMU from the Metro Detroit Area. Andrew and his wife Amy have three children and reside in Plainwell. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys recreational time in Northern Michigan, hunting and fishing, “chasing” his three amazing kids and wife, coaching wrestling, and is very active within the Kalamazoo Rugby community.
