Andrew joined Lennard Commercial in the fall of 1995, upon completion of his studies at the University of Western Ontario. After working exclusively with senior partners Jim Russell and Andrew Baker for two years, Andrew was elevated to Senior Sales Associate in 1998. Andrew continues to work closely with all of the members of the Lennard family as well as develop business independently on behalf of the firm. To date, Andrew has been involved in 223 office and industrial/commercial real estate transactions totaling approximately 685,000 square feet. Although the majority of his work takes place in the GTA, Andrew has completed assignments across Canada including Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal, as well as London Ontario, Aurora and Milton. Andrew has a strong track record working with, and on behalf of, many socially conscious and not for profit organizations. They include: The Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance, the United Ostomy Association of Canada, The Metro Toronto Movement for Literacy, The Teamsters Union, and Unite HERE. Andrew and fellow Associate Paul Cheevers were given the responsibility of negotiating a new premises lease for the Action Centre, serving the needs of the hotel and restaurant employees displaced by the economic impact of the SARS crisis. This was a joint venture between all three levels of government and the union that represents the industry's workers. Andrew is a strong proponent of Lennard Commercial's Work to LiveTM philosophy. Having played three years of Tier II junior hockey as a young man, Andrew has devoted a great deal of his time to the development of young athletes. He has served as a coach with the Markham Islanders AAA hockey club for a number of years and is currently a member of the scouting staff for the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Away from the rink Andrew challenges his creative side as an amateur painter and screenwriter. Andrew has been happily married to his lovely wife Natalie since 1998.
