Andrew Easton is Vice President with The Easton Group, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. His responsibilities include strategy implementation, site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiations and marketing; assisting high-level corporate decision makers to implement, analyze and develop financial models and negotiate leases. Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Easton has been involved in transactions worth over $10 million dollars in value with clients such as AAA, ADP, Brinks, FirstSource, Munich RE, OmniCare, Procter & Gamble, Sony and SunGard. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Easton was a top performer in the medical sales field at Choice Respiratory Care. His production had a significant impact in the exponential growth of the firm and its more than doubling in size in less than two years. Much of Mr. Easton’s success is attributed to his responsiveness, dedication and organizational skills. Mr. Easton graduated with a bachelors of Arts and Science from Florida International University. He holds an active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. Mr. Easton is a member of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
