His focus of tenant representation and multi-market relationships allows him to provide strategic real estate solutions to occupiers. Andrew’s background in commercial finance, coupled with tenant advisory experience enables him to provide strategic planning, location analysis, lease negotiation and disposition services. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew worked as a Vice President at CRESA Partners and his finance background and start in commercial real estate was derived through his works at Uniquities, LLC where he helped facilitate over $1.0 Billion in transactions over an 8 year period.
