Andrew Cohen

Andrew Cohen is the Vice President of Leasing at Pegasus, where he is primarily responsible for spearheading and managing the leasing program, representing both landlords and tenants in net lease retail leasing transactions. Mr. Cohen provides value to owners of retail property and tenants alike through his deep network of relationships, tenacious outreach, in-depth knowledge of the markets in which he works and creative out-of-the-box strategizing. Mr. Cohen leverages his relationships within the leasing market to provide high quality, maximized performance for all clients. Prior to joining Pegasus in 2018, Mr. Cohen was responsible for overseeing the leasing division at Coda Brokerage in Los Angeles, where he transacted both the in-house leasing program for Coda Equities as well as third party leasing for landlords and tenants throughout Los Angeles. Before joining Coda Brokerage, Mr. Cohen worked in Investment Sales Brokerage at Concord Real Estate Services in Beverly Hills. Mr. Cohen grew up near Chicago, Illinois and received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2005.
