Since 2001, Andrew has been engaged in the commercial real estate industry beginning with a small boutique development firm and a larger national shopping center developer, both based in Indianapolis. Prior to partnering with Ryan and 7D, Andrew spent four years working for himself at Clifford Realty building a client base of local, regional, and national retail and restaurant clients. As a licensed principal broker in the state of Indiana, Andrew provides his clients with a full spectrum of commercial real estate services. Largely specializing in Tenant Representation, Andrew represents a wide variety of retail/restaurant clients across the Midwest providing expertise in site selection and deal negotiation. Andrew, his wife, Aleigha, and two children, Cruz and Everly, reside in Indianapolis, IN.
