Andrew H. Chess has over 24 years of experience in the retail real estate industry. Andrew has worked in retail investment, industrial, land, auto, health, development, leasing, and sales throughout Northeast Ohio. Prior to working for Hanna Commercial, he worked for Cleveland Retail Group, Colliers International, and Ostendorf-Morris. Andrew is now part of Hanna Commercial’s retail, industrial, land, and health department. Andrew specializes in site and property acquisition, land acquisition, landlord representation and tenant representation, leases, broker opinion of value, multi-family and auto related industry. Andrew’s career started with small tenant representation, which moved to land acquisition and landlord representation. Andrew has also been involved with the sale of community and neighborhood strip centers and representing clients for purchasing freestanding buildings.
