Andrew Bonica

Andrew G. Bonica is an Associate and Member of the Eastern Retail Properties Team. He is an active Member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), as well as a member of ICSC’s Next Generation Committee for Massachusetts. Mr. Bonica’s primary areas of specialization are retail tenant representation, shopping center leasing, and acquisition & disposition of real property focusing on the New England market. Mr. Bonica represents a number national tenants in their New England rollout and expansion programs. Mr. Bonica represents over 1,500,000 SF of retail space throughout New England.
