Andrew Bogardus is an Executive Director in the Net Lease Group on the Capital Markets platform of Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco. He specializes in net leased investment sales of investment-quality commercial, office and industrial properties. His emphasis is on single tenant properties net-leased to national corporations on long-term leases and sale and leaseback transactions in California and throughout the nation. He has been concentrating on net leased property transactions since 1994 and has sold well over 250 properties. Andrew started his career concentrating on leasing of office space with Grubb & Ellis and switched specialties in 1994 to join Damon Raike & Company to concentrate on net leased investment sales. Damon Raike was purchased by BT Commercial that merged with Cassidy Turley and has now become Cushman Wakefield. Andrew is a licensed California real estate broker. Andrew graduated from Cate High School in Santa Barbara area and has a Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.
