Andrew Bankhurst is a Managing Director at Charles Hart Hospitality Group. For nearly a decade, Andrew has provided advisory and transactional services to private, management, and institutional level hotel owners across the entire Midwest. The hospitality industry is a passion of Andrew’s as he and his family have owned, developed, managed, and sold hotels for over 75 years. Andrew’s relationship centered and analytical approach to advising clients has allowed him to build a vast network of hotel owner clients and has resulted in excess of $100 million in commissioned hotel transactions at Charles Hart and previous brokerage. Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University. Andrew currently resides in Moreland Hills, Ohio with his wife Jenna and his dog Henry.
