ABOUT

Management supervision of all lease transactions within the leasing team and leasing associates; marketing of available anchor space within the portfolio; negotiation of lease transactions with anchor tenants; negotiation of national and regional tenant leasing; oversight of marketing and leasing 38 shopping centers, approximately 8,000,000 sf within the NY metropolitan area, New England, Florida, and Ohio; management supervision of over 3,000,000 sf of office space within the Manhattan and NYC metro market; supervision and formulation of marketing strategies, including market analysis, property analysis, broker contact and market canvassing; supervision/monitoring and negotiation of all lease related transactions including Letters of Intent, lease documents, work letters, lease renewals/modifications, and brokerage agreements; coordination and consultation management and construction departments, relating to tenant work letters, space configuration, and leasing issues; financial analysis of prospective tenant strength and credit. Representation of PIHC at industry conferences. Periodic reporting and presentations to ownership and partnership groups. Coordination and consultation with acquisitions team relating to new projects and developments.
