Andrea Nilson

Andrea Nilson is an Executive Director and Principal with Summit Commercial Real Estate Group specializing in Retail & Capital Markets focusing on retail transactions in Idaho as well as surrounding markets. Andrea has over 24 years of commercial real estate experience. She started her career with Albertsons in the Pharmacy Business Development Department later moving to the surplus real estate department as Surplus Real Estate Manager where she was responsible for real estate dispositions totaling more than 9 million square feet. Prior to becoming a retail broker, Nilson functioned as the Vice President of Acquisitions for Heslin Becker Properties, a premier development company based in Southern California. In the last 24 years, Andrea has been a retailer, a developer and a broker which gives her insight to every side of a transaction in the retail sector. Andrea is an expert at new site selection, relocation opportunities, as well as disposition of non-producing retail assets. Nilson has substantial experience in managing property transactions, negotiating contracts and creating facility-specific programs.
