Andrea Leon

Andrea Leon joined the JLL Agency Leasing Team in December 2017. Andrea excels in proactively driving leasing strategies from inception to completion, resulting in great value for her clients. She enjoys partnering with industry colleagues in order to fully manage strategies and projects. Andrea consistently leads efforts to implement and maintain top of the market property marketing strategies for her clients’ assets. Andrea has learned the commercial real estate industry from the inside-out, starting in 2012 with her role as a Brokerage Coordinator for a JLL Agency Leasing team in Bethesda, Maryland. Andrea received additional exposure to the multi-facted marketing aspects of the commerical real estate industry in her next role as a Business Development Associate in Washington, DC. Prior to her work at JLL, she was an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant for Paradigm Companies in Washington, DC, focusing on new multi-family residential construction developments.
