As principal of Davis Commercial AZ, Andrea Davis specializes in site selection, property comparison analysis, negotiations, and establishing productive relationships with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. She also works closely with investors to help them expand their portfolios. Passionate about meeting the real estate objectives of her clients, Andrea has closed over $250M in property, totaling over 140M square feet throughout her 25 years of brokerage experience. Andrea’s success with asset acquisition and property development stems from her time at WAM Development Group. She then gained valuable experience in the sale of owner/user office properties with Shea Commercial and Cavan Commercial, representing both buyers and sellers. And throughout her time at NAI Horizon, Andrea specialized in labor demographics, analytics, and site selection along with charter school tenant representation. She is honored to be a recipient of the Chairman’s Gold Circle Award, and a CCIM member since 2008. As a regular educational blogger for the BrokerList, Twitter’s top commercial influencers acknowledges Andrea as a commercial real estate thought leader. She is regularly seen in the local media and has been a guest of various local radio shows. Her book, SimpLEASEity™, neutralizes leasing fears and is the first in a series of commercial real estate guidebooks. Her next book, Simply Own It, the American Dream, is scheduled to be released this year. In addition to her extensive real estate career, Andrea is an accomplished chef which contributes to her fierce attention to detail. She also has 10 years of experience with acting and voicework which enables her to communicate and relate with others in every capacity. Andrea currently lives in Scottsdale, AZ, with her husband and daughter.
