Andrea is a commercial property leasing and investment sales specialist. Prior to joining CBM1’s San Fernando Valley office, Andrea worked at ACME Real Estate, a boutique residential brokerage where Andrea pioneered their commercial real estate division. During her tenure at ACME, Andrea represented both residential and commercial clients, landlords, and tenants, specializing in leasing. Known for her honesty, work ethic, and investment in relationships, Andrea prides herself on breaking down client needs to create strategic solutions and secure the right deals with an emphasis on efficiency. In addition to her extensive experience with the Southern California region, Andrea is an avid traveler and has explored over 70 countries. Before pivoting to real estate, Andrea hosted television shows for ABC, MTV, HLN, and CBS and has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, MSNBC, and many more publications.
