I have been working with Sellers and Buyers, listing, selling and managing the advertising efforts of Byer Realty for over 20 years and now hold the Managing Broker license. My background is in Advertising and Promotions. I especially enjoy creating a complete brochure package on each of my Sellers properties which include professional photography, virtual and drone tours and helping my Sellers coordinate and stage their homes for sale. My Buyers will also enjoy my attention to detail! We are full service and pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients extensive contacts in our area from Lenders that understand your unique loan needs to surveyors, soil scientists, home, fence, barn builders, to hay and grain suppliers we have personally worked with.
