Ande Long

Ande, a native of central Kentucky for over 30 years, is a dedicated leasing agent and property manager. She is skilled at maintaining positive relationships with both tenants and landlords while managing an extensive portfolio of properties. Ande holds a Bachelor’s in English from Asbury University and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Grace College. As a licensed real estate agent and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Ande embraces the challenges of commercial leasing, working with contractors to improve sites, and tracking rent collection just to name a few. In her free time, Ande enjoys keeping up with her 3 adult children and spending time with her husband.
