With more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Paula is a seasoned advisor that has participated in over three million square feet of leasing activity throughout her career. Before joining Colliers, Paula was the Vice President for Blue Box Real Estate, specializing in representing office clients, including institutional firms, private equity companies, and local businesses. Ana also provided leasing and acquisition services to clients and foreign investors in this role. Prior to Blue Box, Ana was with The Hogan Group where she was responsible for leasing and marketing the Waterford at Blue Lagoon office park in the Airport-West submarket of Miami-Dade County, comprised of 1.8 million square feet of Class A office space.
